Socorro Medical Clinic performs diabetic foot exams to catch early signs of neuropathy, poor circulation, skin breakdown, ulcers, or deformities that increase amputation risk. This exam is recommended at least annually for patients with diabetes, more often if high risk. We serve patients in Socorro, El Paso, Horizon City, and the surrounding area.

Wear easy-to-remove footwear and be ready to take off your shoes and socks. Report any open wounds, pain, or color changes in advance — results guide footwear advice, referrals, or intensified care.
