Your first visit typically takes 1 to 2 hours. Bring a valid state ID, your insurance card, and all of your current medications in their original bottles. If you have an HMO plan, our practice needs to be assigned as your PCP before your visit, and we'll need your previous provider's notes on file — contact us ahead of time so we can help coordinate this.
